ONLINE SALES RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is the utmost priority to us hence we will handle your online sales with extra care. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as the goods you order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, kindly report to us with Invoice No., Shipping AWB no. and photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty via enquiry@axioma.com.my within 48 hours from parcel received. Returned item without notification will not be accepted. You are required to return the item via shipping only. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging.

Goods sold are not refundable.

Upon confirmation of acceptance of exchange, please allow fourteen (14) days to arrange for delivery of goods.
